Nací en Granada, España, y me crié en una familia de médicos y enfermeras. Estudié ¨International Business Management¨ en Inglaterra y obtuve mi Maestría en Recursos Humanos. Trás estar más de 10 años en una oficina, aún teniendo un trabajo estable y seguro soñado por muchos, tuve claro que quería cambiar mi rumbo. Necesité hacer algo que me llenase más y tuviese más significado.
Debido a mis propios problemas de salud en el 2007, traté de encontrar formas naturales de curación, estudiar y obtener la certificación de varios «enfoques holísticos». Logré estabilizarme y ayudar a muchas otras personas, pero pronto comprendí que me faltaba un enfoque más integral. Algunas terapias no fueron tan exitosas, y lo que les funcionaba a algunos no tenía tal efecto en otros.
Buscando la clave que me ayudó a comprender todas las diferentes constituciones individuales, encontré la Medicina Ayurveda. ¡Y de repente todas las piezas del rompecabezas de la vida estaban en su lugar! Me convertí en Terapeuta Ayurveda Profesional en Nutrición y Masaje (incluida la terapía Mármica, la cual sólo se imparte a hombres) en «La Academia de Estudios Ayurvédicos (AAS)» y «El Instituto Europeo de Estudios Védicos» en 2014.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=».vc_custom_1536754243654{border-radius: 1px !important;}»]
¨Ayurveda me ayudó a curar varias quejas crónicas que la medicina occidental no encontro solución, así que continué mis estudios en medicina ayurvédica para convertirme en Practicante de Ayurveda en ASS y en Sree Krisna Ayurveda Chikitsam, en el sur de Kerala, India.¨
Desde pequeña, entendí la importancia de que las mujeres se apoyen mutuamente, ya que vivimos en un mundo hecho por el hombre. Asistí en cientos de cursos y talleres para el empoderamiento de las mujeres, despertando la Sabiduría uterina hasta que decidí comenzar a dirigir los míos.
He dirigido numerosas reuniones de mujeres, talleres, conferencias, cubriendo muchos temas relacionados con la salud, la psicología y dándole voz a todos los temas tabús, con respeto y amor. Hago todo lo posible para dar el espacio, el cuidado y la energía que nuestro suelo pélvico necesita para mantener su vitalidad.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=».vc_custom_1610274304833{background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: contain !important;border-radius: 1px !important;}»]Inspirada a inspirar a otros a sanarse a sí mismos, dentro de este campo (en el que especialmente las mujeres tienen menos opciones), terminé mis cursos de maestría en ginecología y obstetricia en Arya Ayurveda, clínica Panchakarma en Pune, India. 2017.
Actualmente, paso consultas activamente en Andalucía (España), en los Países Bajos (Amsterdam/Haarlem) y online en más de 20 países del mundo.
Aunque mi labor está más enfocada en las mujeres, y mi objetivo es activar el viaje auto conexión para el empoderamiento femenino a través de la sabiduría ancestral, también recibo pacientes varones que están despertando y están interesados en conectarse consigo mismos, asumiendo la responsabilidad activa por sus vidas. Esto es hermoso de ver y necesario para nuestra evolución.

I was born and raised in a family with doctors and nurses, in Granada, Spain. After accomplishing my studies in International Business Management in England and my Master in Human Resources, I was stacked during 10 years in an office. I had clear that I wanted to go into a more meaningful direction.
In 2007, ¨thanks¨ to my own health issues, I found natural ways of healing, while being certified in several ¨holistic approaches¨. Even though I managed to heal myself and help many other people, I soon understood that I was missing a more integral approach. In some cases, the therapies were not so successful especially where I was living (Into the cold Netherlands).
During the process I got the key which helped me to comprehend all the different individual constitutions, though Ayurveda Medicine. Suddenly all the pieces from the puzzle of life were in one place! I became Professional Ayurvedic Therapist in Nutrition and Massage (included Marma Therapy) in ¨The Academy of Ayurvedic Studies (AAS) ¨ and ¨The European Institute of Vedic Studies¨.

¨Ayurveda helped me to heal several chronics complains that Western Medicine had no solution for, so I continued my studies in Ayurvedic Medicine to become Ayurveda Practitioner in ASS and in Sree Krisna Ayurveda Chikitsam, in South Kerala, India.¨
Since an early age, I realised that we live in a man-made world and I spotted how important is that women should support each other’s. I assisted to hundreds of workshops and courses for women empowerment, until I decided that I was ready to lead my own ones.
I have guided numerous women gatherings, workshops, lectures, covering many subjects related to health, psychology, while I tried to give a voice to all the taboos topics with respect and love. I always do my best to give the space, care, and energy that our pelvic floor needs to maintain its vitality.

My goal is to activate the path of self-connection for female empowerment through ancient wisdom. But I also receive a wide number of male patients who are interested in holistic ways who are ready to connect to themselves, and take full responsibility for their lives. This is beautiful to see and very much necessary for our evolution.
